Sundeep A. Gokhale

He regularly speaks at industry conferences, and is frequently invited to appear on leading media, including CBC and CTV, to comment on labour relations matters impacting Canadian businesses. Sundeep is trilingual – English/Hindi/Punjabi.
Sundeep is a member of the Board of Directors of Unity and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE). He is also a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Sports and Entertainment Committee of Black North Initiative, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Administrative Law, Labour & Employment, CCCA/Corporate Counsel, Privacy and Access to Information, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties, Human Rights, Workers’ Compensation), South Asian Bar Association (Toronto Chapter), and Retail Council of Canada. Sundeep has taught employment and labour law at Conestoga College.
Sundeep began his career as a student with Sherrard Kuzz LLP (many years ago…) at which time he was seconded with the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
