Leah M. Simon

Leah Simon’s impressive skill and practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law with particular emphasis on employment law, employment agreements, policy development and implementation, human rights and accommodation and all matters relating to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

Leah's practice includes:

Widely published, Leah is regularly asked to speak on employment and labour related topics, and taught Employment Law in the Human Resources Management post graduate program at Conestoga College.

Leah is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights, Workers’ Compensation, Young Lawyers) and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Queen’s University.
