Patrick Ganley

Patrick regularly advises, represents and advocates for employers on a wide range of employment and labour law matters. His expertise includes:

Patrick Chairs the firm’s Construction Sector Group. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Construction and Infrastructure, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights, Workers’ Compensation, and Young Lawyers), Retail Council of Canada and Grand Valley Construction Association.

Patrick obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa (cum laude). Prior to law school, Patrick obtained a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Western Ontario. Patrick began his career with Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a student during which time he was seconded with the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
