Erin is regularly asked to chair and speak at national and local conferences on a variety of labour and employment law topics, has taught at Osgoode Hall Law School and University of Toronto Law School and wrote the Bar Admission Licensing Examination Study Materials for Labour Law. She served on the Human Resource Committee for the 2015 Pan/Para Pan American Games.
