Jessica Wuergler

Jessica provides advice and representation to employers in many areas of employment and labour law. Jessica’s practice includes:

Jessica is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Construction and Infrastructure, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights, Pensions, Workers’ Compensation, and Young Lawyers).

Jessica obtained her law degree from Western University, where she was the recipient of Western’s Labour Law Achievement Award, and won a prestigious moot. Prior to law school, Jessica obtained an Honours Degree in Psychology with a Specialization in Human Resource Management from University of Waterloo where she achieved Dean’s List Honours, and a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (Advanced Standing) from University of Toronto. Jessica began her career with Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a student during which time she was seconded to the Ontario Labour Relations Board and a large public sector client.
