Andrew Ebejer

Andrew provides advice and representation to employers in several areas of labour and employment law. A frequent public speaker and widely published in national and international publications, Andrew’s practice includes:

Andrew Chairs the firm’s Health Sector Group. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Construction and Infrastructure, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights, Workers’ Compensation, and Young Lawyers), Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters.

Andrew obtained his law degree from Queen’s University, where he was the recipient of several awards for academic achievement including in labour, employment and administrative law, collective agreements and arbitration, and constitutional law. Prior to attending law school, Andrew obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts with high distinction from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts from York University. He was a summer and articling student with Sherrard Kuzz LLP during which time he completed a secondment with the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
